Tough Dialogue Workshop

This is a 3 hour in-person workshop or Video-on-Demand course with 2 hours of content followed up 2 hours of coach-consulting and course work to educate team members on how to speak up and communicate ‘unsaid’ dialogue to prevent misunderstandings in the office environment.

“Unsaid'“ dialogue can lead to misunderstandings, deflated organizational culture and lowered productivity, both for internal teams and external stakeholders.

It’s important to gain the courage and skills to communicate effectively and navigate traditionally difficult workplace situations for effective organizational culture and productivity.

This workshop is for middle managers and officers who work both remotely and in-person.

 

Learning Objectives:

Participants will be able to:

1) Learn different Conflict Management approaches using the Conflict Management Matrix

2) Gain basic self-awareness for interpersonal communication

3) Practice writing and delivering dialogue for difficult workplace discussions ranging from rejection of ideas, communicating stress and workload to harrassment.

4) Gain confidence in a non-judgemental context for difficult professional and personal situations
